How to delete your account
Send email
Send an email to delete@flyva.app with the subject "Request account deletion". Use the email address you registered with at Flyva.
Verify identity
We verify your identity to ensure only you can request deletion of your account. This usually takes up to 24 hours.
Data is deleted
After successful verification, your account and associated data will be irrevocably deleted within 30 days.

- Supermarket selection & location preferences
- Feedback & app usage data

Billing data for paid subscriptions
Legal retention obligation per § 147 AO — 10 years
Important notes
Please note before deletion
Account deletion is irrevocable. All your data, including saved weekly plans and recipes, will be permanently removed.
Your request will be processed within 30 days after successful identity verification.
An active Flyva Pro subscription is not automatically cancelled by account deletion. Please cancel your subscription beforehand via the respective app store.
