Lidl changes its weekly ad on Wednesdays at stores in nine East Coast states and Washington, D.C. Since July 2026 the old myLidl app has been replaced by Lidl Plus. Members earn points on purchases, get personal coupons and see member prices once they scan the app at the register. The ad covers food plus a rotating set of household items, so for meal planning focus on the meat, fish and produce pages. Salmon fillets on sale are an easy start: bake two with potatoes and green beans on Wednesday and flake the extra into a creamy lemon pasta two nights later. Lidl's deals show the same way nationwide in Flyva, so no ZIP code is needed.
